Delivery, payment and shipping information
We deliver home quickly and safely by the official Post!
If nothing otherwise is agreed upon, the delivery is from stock of theeggball GmbH to the customers delivery address. Information about our delivery times is non-binding. If the delivery of the ordered products is not possible without any own fault, but because of the supplier’s fault, the theeggball GmbH has the right to cancel the contract. We will inform the customer about it immediately. If delivery to the customer is not possible, because , although having been informed about the delivery date in a reasonable period, he can’t be met at his delivery address, the customer will be responsible for the costs.
Delivery times
We usually deliver the products no later than the next working day from your order. Expect a delivery time of 1-8 days ,please. In order to save costs, we generally provide standard mailing.
Shipping costs
Our delivery is always free of charge. Our package is based on shipping packages with a belt length up to300 cm (maximum length 200cm, maximuum width 80 cm, maximum height 60 cm ) and a weight up to 31.50 kg
Returns
The customer has the right to cancel the contract in written form , by email or by returning the product within 14 days of receipt. For the preservation of the period the timely dispatch of the withdraw or the goods.is sufficient. If the order value is more than 40 € and the goods have already been paid, the theeggball GmbH refunds the cost of the return. Used goods are not returnable!

Companies , not based in Austria, will be issued an invoice without VAT, since it is an intra-EU duty-free delivery according to § 4 No. 1b in conjunction with § 6a UStG. concerns. Your VAT number.
